WHY DO WE LIST YOUR PROPERTY ON MULTIPLE BOOKING PLATFORMS?
Airbnb, Stayz and Booking.com are three of the biggest booking platforms used by holiday-makers. Listing on Airbnb, Stayz and Booking.com significantly increases your properties exposure to prospective holiday-makers. As experienced holiday property managers, we choose to list on Airbnb, Stayz and Booking.com because these platforms have the option to turn off "instant book". Turning off "instant book" allows us to ask guests our security-screening questions to ensure that they are suitable guests for your property before we accept or reject their booking request.
Airbnb & Stayz both include insurance and liability cover for homeowners.

FREE INITIAL CONSULT AND NO LOCK-IN CONTRACTS
Following a phone consultation with you about your property, we will organise a convenient time to meet with you at your property for a "walk-through". During the property "walk through" we will assess the location, layout of the home, the styling and its suitability for holiday rental. At this time we will happily share our styling tips to help you maximise your property for the competitive holiday rental market.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
When you entrust your holiday rental management to us, you can relax knowing that your property comprehensively cared for by the best. Leaving you with the time to focus on the things you enjoy in life while your investment makes you a passive income.
Our Airbnb management of your holiday property is streamlined with our contractors; cleaners, gardeners, pool maintenance, electricians and plumbers. Saving you the time and hassle.
Our team organises the cleaning schedule and required renting-related maintenance for your property to provided the best possible guest experience for every booking and to help maintain the quality of your home.
Maintenance and cleaning costs are at the property owners expense. Quotes and invoices will be emailed to our homeowners for their payment.

CAN I CHOOSE WHEN AND HOW MY PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATIONS?
Yes! This is your property and you are in control of when and how often the property is available for bookings. Property owners tell us which dates or time of the year the property is to be reserved for their personal use. We then block out these dates in their booking calendar.
